Our mission is to provide inspired home cooked dishes that will remind you of your favorite classics from back home and explore the boundaries of new and exciting cooking styles that are pure soul food.
In our continuing efforts to appeal to different personal taste palettes & also to make our Leherein Dabba more interesting/appealing, we are offering a choice of a popular regional dish for those who would like to try out delicious regional cuisine of India. But for those who are not too familiar with the regional Indian cuisine or do not want to try something different, we are also offering an alternate choice of a very popular creamy entrée from North India.

Undhiyu : A rich stew made with numerous ingredients, Undhiyu is a vegetarian star dish from the state of Gujarat. It is made with mix of vegetables, spices, masalas and ‘muthiyas’. It is probably the most elaborate dish in the Gujarati cuisine. Cooked together with liberal dashing of oil, it is a delicacy that is also sent tinned to homesick Gujarati NRIs in USA.
